• Structural condition surveys in accordance with the recommendations of the Institution of Lighting Professionals Guidance Note 22 : Asset management Toolkit, Minor Structures
• Electrical testing in accordance with BS7671:2018 Requirements for electrical installation
• Fault finding and repair, and individual units and private cable infrastructure
• Lantern replacement
• Complete column replacement, including connections
