Our quotation is open for acceptance for a period of 28 days after which time it is withdrawn unless otherwise agreed.

Acceptance of order is subject to our acceptance of programme requirements and pre-contract meeting. We require 10 days notice of attendance on site. 

All works will be agreed in writing before commencing on site.

We do not accept any contract that includes financial penalties.

Health and safety and welfare arrangements must be agreed prior to commencing works in compliance with CDM2015 Schedule 2.

Normal working hours are 7.30 to 17.30 unless otherwise agreed.

We have made allowance for give and traffic management, and the provision on local temporary guarding of excavations only as detailed in the Safety at Roadworks and Streetworks a Code of Practice. All other traffic and pedestrian management should be provided unless otherwise agreed.

We have made no allowance for the disposal of arisings, all waste from site will be returned to your site compound for disposal.

We have made no allowance for materials other than what is provided for in the quotation. Reinstatement materials, where allowed for, are standard materials only unless otherwise agreed.

Statutory undertakers plans and details to be provided by the Principal Contractor and must be clearly legible.

We have not allowed for hard dig, should this be encountered there will be an additional charge of £130m3.

All works are subject to re-measure and Certification weekly with Webheath Services Ltd and our customer representative. Invoices will be monthly at a date agreed with customer with payment terms of 30 days after invoice.

We have made provision for co-operating and co-ordinating with the Principle Contactor in matters of health and safety and would be pleased to support any client health and safety initiatives.

Variations or additional works must be confirmed in writing prior to them being carried out.

Works that are unavailable when we have been requested to come to site will attract daywork charges, although we hope to avoid these our rates are below.

Daywork rates (+ 50% for outside normal working hours)

Electrician -   £39.00 per hour (+ 50% for outside normal working hours)

Installation Operative HGV - £25.00 per hour (+ 50% for outside normal working hours)

Installation operative Non-HGV £22.50 per hour (+ 50% for outside normal working hours)

MEWP £31.00 per hour

Hiab  £21.00 per hour

Van £19.00 per hour
