Graham Scragg - Director
Graham has 27 years’ experience in the street lighting industry during which time he has developed winning solutions and then overseen mobilisation and/or delivery of significant street lighting replacement and upgrade schemes for major national contractors. These include seven PFI’s and a roll out incorporated in a highways term maintenance contract. Over Graham's years in the industry he has gained numerous qualifications including:
- HNC Engineering
- City & Guilds 236 pt. 1, 2 and C
- IET BS7671 18th Edition
- 5-day SMSTS
- ECS (CSCS) Black card holder
- Completed module 1, 2 & 3 Exterior lighting diploma
- ILP Atoms
Andy Hart - Operations Manager
Andy is currently project managing City of Culture projects for Coventry City Council overseeing contractors delivering a comprehensive package of beatification works.
Andy has worked for national and regional contractors delivering all aspects of external lighting. Andy’s 20 years involvement in the lighting sector has included:
- Delivering mass lighting upgrades through PFI
- Managing maintenance contracts
- Securing HERS and NERS accreditation for contracting organisations
- Business development
Ethan Hart - Technical Apprentice
Ethan has recently joined Webheath Services as technical and design apprentice. Ethan is currently digitalising our business processes and carrying out a range of administrative duties to support our business. Ethan already has a range of qualifications despite his short time in the industry, these qualifications make him valuable in many areas. These include:
- 3 A Levels
- 10 GCSEs
- D of E Bronze Award
- ILP Lighting Fundamentals
Tony McDonald - Heath & Safety Advisor
Tony provides health & safety advice and carries out safety audits and investigations.
